If you want to talk to Steve, remember our time zone is GMT or thereabouts. This is five or six hours ahead of Eastern time in the USA, so call in the morning from the US if you don't want to chat with the answering machine.

+44.1303.256266 the same as the telephone. The fax cuts in automatically when it detects a fax tone, and is available 24 hours a day.

steve@vlheaven.com or info@vlheaven.com. We do not yet have secure transmission of credit card information, so this is best mailed, faxed, or read out over the phone. For your protection, no names, addresses, credit card information or other customer details are kept on computer.

In person:

There are no counter or warehouse facilities open to the public, and nearly all business is done by mail order against credit cards or money orders. We have a good postal service, and airmail gets goods all over the world in a few days at a typical cost of 10-15% of the parts price. Postage is charged at actual cost.
