New Parts

Our 'complete' VL parts and price list contains 2000 items and is available for $10 including airmail. It shows which part is used in
which years, and usually indicates the correct finish. New-old-stock (nos) parts are highlighted on a separate page of this Website.
Our latest price list shows over 95% of parts available for the seven VL model years, and nearly everything is in stock. We cannot
help with all parts for radio generators or carburetors for the VC commercial models, but for most years and models we have
everything. Where new-old-stock or good used parts are not available, then we have made quality reproductions. These are
mostly made in England where we have good sheet metal workers, steel casters, and machine shops, and where the correct steels
are used for axles, bolts, engine mounts, bearing sleeves and races.

Part numbers used are the Harley-Davidson system used from the 1920s until 1951, which typically have a three or four digit
number followed by a dash and the year of introduction. For instance 3205-34 is the rear mounting stud introduced for the new
full pan saddle in the 1934 model year. All items in the price list are priced per item, even though the number required per bike is
given for information in the list.

Here are a few hard-to-find parts made for VL Heaven which should help get your bike back on the road:

543-30/34 engine breather pipe, nearly always damaged or missing $30, with the 545-12 nut also available at $9.

721-30, 721-31, 741-34 and 741-36, the one-, two- and three-screw oiler covers for 1930, 1931-33, 1934-35 and 1936. $175 in
the standard cadmium, or $190 in the optional chrome.

1406-30 the cast aluminum 1930 air intake, complete with rear canister, clip and mounting screws for $245.

1406-31A chrome air intake for 1931-34, complete with fixing screws, $245.

1406-35 the one-year slash cut chrome air intake for 1935, with fixing screws, $245.

1406-36 the 1936 two piece chrome air intake, $245.

2482-12 clutch friction linings 1912-36. $90 for the six piece VL lining set complete with rivets.

2639-30. The 1930 one-year rear rocker stud, which looks like the WLA front stud, and 2640-30 the one-year VL front rocker
stud with flats outside and the same 7/16 inch shank. $20 each in cadmium.

2639-31. The 1931 one-year rear rocker stud, held on with a spring clip and washer $20. Confusingly, this was numbered
2639-30 as it was meant to supersede the 1930 part, and the final 1932 part with the hex nut fixing was then also numbered
2639-31 when it superseded this part. For the purists and AMCA judged bikes.

2751-30 head cups. CNC machined, hardened, then plated. $124 per pair. Also upper head cone $65 and lower $58 made the same
way.

2776-30 steering damper complete, cadmium. Nice piece! $170.

3452-31 tool box 1931-34 in bare metal $320.

3452-35 tool box 1935-36. Black painted with decal $340.

3501/2-30 tanks, $1100 per set.

3551-27 hand oil pump. The one that fits in the bottom of the left tank. $59.

3555-25 the oil pump plunger in the top of the tank. $80 in chrome or nickel.
3701-34 front mudguard 1934-36. A good repro at $540.
3709-34 rear mudguard 1934-36. Hard to make repro at $690.

3801-30/34 front chain guard. Pressed in one piece like the originals $445, or $450 for the later style with oil catcher and pressed
feature over the drain.

3805-36 one piece 1936 inner primary, black, $145.

3817-30/34 rear chain guard. Nice repros at $80 for the earlier embossed type, and $75 for the 1934-36 longer plain type.

3911-30 wheel hub retainer sleeve. Hardened and ground, this is the part that wears most. $49, with the outer race also available
new at $39. We have made most of the hub internals so you can rebuild them back to factory specifications.

3959-30/32 rear axle sleeves. These do not rotate, so eventually get trenches dug in them by the roller bearings. Hardened and
ground at $72 for the 1930/31 type, and $78 for later machines.

3952-32 rear axle (fits all) at $70. Also 4176-30 front axle at $45. Quality repros.

4182-30 front axle sleeve $75. Good steel, then hardened and ground to size.

4201-30 the top hat shaped front axle bearing sleeve. Hardened and ground at $55.

4404/7-30 battery box complete. Always needed, this good repro is $185.

4505-29 dash panel $850. Good quality repro with parts interchangeable with original. All parts available.

4859/60-35. The one-year-only 1935 horn brackets, parkerised, at $95/pair.

4859/60-36. The one-year-only 1936 horn brackets, chromed, at $114/pair.

4901-29 Solar Cycle style headlamp $645 per pair. Excellent repro with parts interchangeable with originals. Components also
available.

4901-31 Motolamp style headlamp 1931-32 with the flat lens and diamond in the top of the rim. $485. Components available to
repair original units.

4901-33 Motolamp style headlamp 1933-34 Harley and 1933-40 Indian. This is the one with curved lens and plain chromed rim.
Nice work, $465. Components available.
